You like no other!

One my way to work the other day, I heard a jingle over the radio “I am unique in my way, it’s me, like no other

These words kept playing over in my mind for a couple of minutes and words from the bible rolled into my mind along those lines

“For we are God’s masterpiece…” Ephesians 2:10a NLT

sept22His masterpiece! Oh! Great. A masterpiece is a work of art, the best of the best! Worthy of being put on display. A master piece is the greatest work of an artist!!!! Wow! A uniquely and intentionally made piece! A showpiece.

Here is what God says to you in his word:

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”

-Jeremiah 1:5 NLT

Let’s break this down friend

  1. God, the big God, creator of heaven and earth, the one who upholds all things by the word of his power (Hebrews 1:3) who says the cattle on a thousand hills are mine (psalm 50:10) the one who says that the heaven is my throne, the earth is my footstool (Isaiah 66:1a) says to you, BEFORE YOU WERE FORMED, I KNEW YOU!
  2. This big God formed you! Like he made you factory, specifically designed for a reason! YOU ARE NOT AN ACCIDENT, you are in God’s agenda
  3. Then he says, I have set you apart and appointed you as a prophet to the nations! Whoosh! Okay so this is simple, God did not just make you, he is watchful over you, because his intent is that he wants your life to be a message to generations, he leads you in the paths of righteousness for his name sake (Psalm 23: 3) and even the things intended for bad, God causes to work together for God ( Romans 8:28)

Wow! God, the maker of the entire world, the big God, the only wise one, knows me and better still, he knew me before I was born! *dancing* God is so into me! (Say your own o! ha-ha) like he had an amazing idea and then he made me, his amazing work or art! Yaay! He has my life all thought out, all planned out. #GodisonmyCase

Do you know how much detail went into creating every person? Do you?

Each person has a different Finger print

Each person has a different Tongue print

Each person has a different Voice

sept22c

It has been said that we all have a look-alike (I am still waiting to see mine though, if you find her, kindly send me a picture! lol), but even identical twins are created different.

So friend, accept you, All of you!

If you have a scar or a mold or a facial discoloration, stop thinking that it makes you less of a person! Or that It is a disadvantage. It is part of what makes you, YOU! “It’s you Like No other!”

Once I saw a Dove campaign video on YouTube titled beauty is a freckle, scar, or a wrinkle the title caught my eye so I watched and in summary, it just drove in the point that every part of you makes up your identity. What is really important is how God sees you.

Don’t spend your time comparing yourself to anyone else!

sept22f

“For we dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves with those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise”.

– 2 Corinthians 10:12

sept22g

Simple. Many times we compare our level 1 to someone else’s level 15 and then we get frustrated forgetting that the each person’s journey is specifically customized and an individual race.

So the person you should be better than is the person you see in the mirror, be a better You.

Accept yourself

Love yourself

Harness your uniqueness

sept22e

Seek to be a better you. #teamCANEI-ContinuousAndNeverEndingImprovement

Remember, you have a unique Sparkle that the world needs!

sept22a

“No one can do the things you do, you are you, Like no other”

Cheers.

  1. Until we all come to the understanding that we are uniquely made by God, different from anyone else we may not really get life right.

    Good Thinking Good Piece

    Bless you ‘Renike
